fix(belle-sip): disable new gcc 8 -Wcast-function-type warnings (FIXME in the future) + use correct copyright headers... (Not a mixed tab/spaces format!)

- rename belle_tls_verify_policy into belle_tls_crypto_config (but backward compatibility ok)
- add macro to get compile warnings on deprecated functions usage
- add possibility to give the ssl_configuration structure to the crypto library
   (works with mbedtls 2.2.1 or above only)

- TLS support is now mandatory
- polarssl v1.2 support dropped

http-provider: add belle_http_provider_set_recv_error similar to belle_sip_provider_set_recv_error for test purposes

http-provider.c: instead of using the same channel for all requests for a given host, only use it if it is not busy to avoid requests being discarded

Use specific background task for HTTP transfers, otherwise the channel might hang when an iOS app goes into background

* implement retry of EWOULDBLOCK returned send()
* rework channel's listener for clarity
* fix various memory leaks.
