The are going to be used to implement a kind of floating ref for liblinphone C objects.

Add special case in uri check for Refer-To header so that the host can be automatically filled by the stack.

Improve algorithm used to re-use nonce from register to non register transaction  and also from non register to register. This second case is more tricky.
