Allow the tester for Windows 10 to be launched automatically at startup and store the Cunit results and logs in files.

no longer store server transaction terminated by the 491. Purpose is to avoid hiding an existing pending transaction.

channel.c: when reaching some binary data, stop logging until handle of request to avoid spamming HTTP GET requests by chunks of 40 bytes

http-provider.c: instead of using the same channel for all requests for a given host, only use it if it is not busy to avoid requests being discarded
