Deprecate the old specific error codes
* MBEDTLS_ERR_BLOWFISH_INVALID_KEY_LENGTH
* MBEDTLS_ERR_BLOWFISH_INVALID_INPUT_LENGTH

This commit removes all the static occurrencies of the function
mbedtls_zeroize() in each of the individual .c modules. Instead the
function has been moved to utils.h that is included in each of the
modules.

Just applying rename.pl with this file:

mbedtls_cipher_get_key_size mbedtls_cipher_get_key_bitlen
mbedtls_pk_get_size mbedtls_pk_get_bitlen
MBEDTLS_BLOWFISH_MIN_KEY MBEDTLS_BLOWFISH_MIN_KEY_BITS
MBEDTLS_BLOWFISH_MAX_KEY MBEDTLS_BLOWFISH_MAX_KEY_BITS

Clarify a few comments too.

A simple execution of tmp/invoke-rename.pl

All symmetric cipher algorithms and hash algorithms now include support
for a POLARSSL_XXX_ALT flag that prevents the definition of the
algorithm context structure and all 'core' functions.
