Always save HA1 with prefix "HA1:" instead of password.

If scheme Digest+HA1 is used and the password starts with prefix "HA1:",
use password directly as HA1.

Add new methods to auth_client_plugin for handling credentials in
various formats.

Add default implementations auth_client_save_credentials(),
auth_client_copy_credentials().

Minor style fixes by Pekka Pessi.

Converting the string buffer in place is unnecessary and too scary.
Also, use su_strncasecmp to keep locale-awareness out.

My editor wants to replace them with some other weirdo characters,
but I reckon spaces will be even better.

The current doxygen file triggers #606718 on MeeGo. As no useful search
results get generated it should be safe to just disable it.

Too many applications rely on side-effects.

This reverts commit bffdc5fa.

Avoid pointless retransmissions.

torture_su is failing on Windows 7 due to the fact that the call of accept
(on test test_sendrecv) returns INVALID_SOCKET (-1) with GetLastError =
WSAEWOULDBLOCK (The socket is marked as nonblocking and no connections are
present to be accepted)
