Log collection suite: collect_init and collect_cleanup should be call between each tests, not at end/start of the suite execution...

Do not test MKV intercorrelation on Android, because the test lasts 20 minutes which is unacceptable

Change linphone_proxy_ocnifg_normalize_number API to return a boolean value: TRUE if input was a phone number, FALSE otherwise
