fix(ChatMessage): mark outgoing message on receive only when the chat room local is equal to the from address

Fix an issue where the SDP connection address was defaulting to 127.0.0.1 instead of using the default local ip address.

fix: make logs from src/ directory use the "liblinphone" log domain. It was previously undefined, thus using the "bctbx" log domain.

TODO: find a way to retrieve public ip address with gruu on

Add a test that verifies that belle-sip is updating the contact's private ip address with the public one
