Fix double release() of Sal::Op in a rare case where a LinphoneFriend is detached from its FriendList.

fix(PlatformHelpers): initialize correctly mNetworkReachable + DefaultMonitorTimeout should be constexpr

fix(ios-platform-helpers): do not use getEmptyConstRefObject to return a simple string + return a boolean in isNetworkReachable

If not 32-bits devices won't work

If net_auto_state_mon is activated then the network would be reachable only if
both of network_reachable and network_reachable_internal are set to TRUE.
If not only network_reachable will be used.
