Adding lime_experimental_feature in linphonerc [GtkUi] section. Setting it to 1 shows the options
related to lime in the GUI. Setting it to 0 hides the options. Default:set to 0.
Note: enabling lime in the [sip] section does work too, the GUI will just not show
the option has been changed.

This reverts commit ead444f3.

Fix crash in linphone_call_update_ice_from_remote_media_description() when building with GCC >= 4.9 and -O2.

Furthermore if the file fails to open bctbx_file_open returns NULL and so accessing the fd field will result in a crash.

Forcing setting empty route.
