Initialize DB before running remote provisioning and apply factory config after remote provisioning.

As it was before, the remote provisioning could override the factory config. This is not correct and is now fixed here!

Set OneToOne capability on a ClientGroupChatRoom if the received INVITE contains the One-To-One-Chat-Room header.

Added callback on friend list with all friends that have received presence information in last multipart

Adapt to belle-sip's changes in resolver api. This avoids useless DNS queries when Record-route headers contain hostnames instead of IP addresses.
Using hostnames is better because it abstracts IPv4/IPv6.

Fix an issue where the SDP connection address was defaulting to 127.0.0.1 instead of using the default local ip address.
