fix(c-chat-message): avoid memory leak in wrapper when linphone_chat_message_get_participants_by_imdn_state is called

Added callback on friend list with all friends that have received presence information in last multipart

Adapt to belle-sip's changes in resolver api. This avoids useless DNS queries when Record-route headers contain hostnames instead of IP addresses.
Using hostnames is better because it abstracts IPv4/IPv6.

Update bctoolbox for this commit to work

Add new method 'linphone_call_request_notify_next_video_frame_decoded(LinphoneCall *call)' that is missing to compensate the deprecation of linphone_call_set_next_video_frame_decoded_callback().
Due to this lack, some tests were failed.

fix(core): fix downloadFile method, returns bool instead of int! There is no reason to return -1 on error like a C function
