Set OneToOne capability on a ClientGroupChatRoom if the received INVITE contains the One-To-One-Chat-Room header.

Allow setting an invalid conference address to a server group chat room to notify the address has not been generated succesfully and to send an error to the client.

Fix crash with is-composing remote timer expiration. The Address parameter was freed by stopRemoteRefreshTimer()

fix(ChatMessage): mark outgoing message on receive only when the chat room local is equal to the from address

Create a new session when inviting a device to a server group chat room if there's already a session but it has been ended.

Update bctoolbox for this commit to work

Fix subscription to participant's registration activity when loading server group chat rooms from DB.

Reinvite device in server group chat room if needed if the previous invite has failed with reason "no match" (481).
