Fix auto changing camera crash on fallback and add test

  • Add a way to get the preview stream in private
  • Fix missing symbols for liblinphone_conference_tester on Windows (lAssert and Wrapper::setName)
  • Add test : switch camera device to static image when FPS go to 0 on preview only (no call)
