Fix build of tester on iOS.

+minor refactoring on recipientInfos struct in lime_double_ratchet.hpp

- X3DH protocol modified by previous commit
- fix errors in the X3DH protocol packets description
- update copyright

If keys are not found for a recipient device, set its status to fail
in the recipient list but encrypt for the other devices in the list

No longer put the "-stdlib=libc++" build option since we now target Mac OS X 10.9.
