> You can remove some by adding `-ENABLE_<COMPONENT>=NO` to the command
That seems to be wrong, it probably needs to be `-D ENABLE_<COMPONENT>=NO`
The readme says also that doc build is broken for new DOXYGEN versions but does not state how to skip this step. The solution is to pass `-D ENABLE_DOC=NO -D ENABLE_CXX_WRAPPER=NO` to the cmake config command.

It was using my settings from the previous working linphone version, so it should have worked too. also, sometimes the settings button (from memory: top right, icon w/ three bars) brings up the preferences window and sometimes it does nothing. Maybe on some views/windows it works and others it doesn't? That really had me frustrated. i couldn't find my way back to edit the account settings even though i had just been doing it...
the sip account is using my own remote freeswitch server and i'm currently using tcp, no tls (temporary), port 5060, with zrtp, if available on both clients.
i was going to collect a log before i downgraded, but i couldn't figure out how to save the log locally. it looked like the only option was to upload directly to a remote Belledonne server, but i want to at least look at the log before it's sent *anywhere so i wasn't able to save anything. Aggravating that the sip account shows a red icon for a failed registration, but it can't tell me why it failed in the gui somewhere, preferably when i hover over said icon.
Maybe i'll install 4.1.1 on a secondary computer for testing if i get motivated or you need some info.

I have setup sucessfully linphone desktop with my own SIP account.
But unfortunately on startup a window pops up "Unable to authenticate. Please verify your password."
It always asks for a password with identity: @
When I cancel it everything works fine.
Could this be the default identity which is always set to local IP address?
How can I get rid of this or is this a known bug?
Thanks

It works well first, but then it stops for a few seconds or tens of seconds and either stays stopped or continues with really bad quality. I'm having a call from Android to Linux desktop. The video from the desktop gets completely frozen on Android and the video from Android is just really bad (low resolution and about one frame per second).
This seems weird as everything works well at first. As if something accumulates and when it has accumulated enough, video just stops working.
Any ideas what could be the cause? Can I help diagnosing this somehow?
On Android (LineageOS without Google stuff), I have version 4.2.3 from F-Droid.
On Linux, I'm using current master branch.https://gitlab.linphone.org/BC/public/linphone-desktop/-/issues/21LINPHONE_QT_GIT_VERSION not declared2020-07-28T18:55:16ZJaakko LuttinenLINPHONE_QT_GIT_VERSION not declaredBuilding the master branch fails:
