Fix MSGLXVideo filter, the FBConfig "TRUECOLOR" seems no longer relevant and it causes problem with some GL providers (parallels for instance).

* Send keepalives on succeeded pairs to give them a chance to continue to work despite of other connectivity checks running with other pairs
* Nominate another valid pair when the one that was nominated fails.

Fix ice pair nomination condition in controlled mode. Actually, the controlled was erroneously setting many pairs as nominated under certains conditions, even if it hadn't previously receive a binding request with use-candidate flag on these pairs.
