Removed display filter in video preview graph for Android + improved AndroidVideoWindowImpl to make display surface optionnal

Fix alsa detection of devices. The snd_name_hint api is unreliable, so I reverted to simpler things.

Fix issue in vp8.c with rollover of picture id. Indeed a sli was ignored because the last ref frame was seen in the future, while it was instead in the past but in the previous 16 bit interval.

ice: fix issue with priority sorting, fix issue with cancelled transaction, add a preference for IPv6 transport addresses over IPv4.

* Send keepalives on succeeded pairs to give them a chance to continue to work despite of other connectivity checks running with other pairs
* Nominate another valid pair when the one that was nominated fails.

Fix ice pair nomination condition in controlled mode. Actually, the controlled was erroneously setting many pairs as nominated under certains conditions, even if it hadn't previously receive a binding request with use-candidate flag on these pairs.

Ticker synchronizer must be destroyed after the record has been stopped, otherwise we risk an invalid write within the recorder's callback.
