First changes to have the LinphoneCore instance own the factory object instead of sharing  it through a static variable.

This enables sending STUN packets to open firewall ports while receiving video without sending it.

Replaced the concept of 'rendering filter capable of decoding'
by 'decoding filter capable of rendering'.
It's similar but allows to choose the decoder first (based on
video type) and then let it do the rendering if it can.

enhance event notification API, so that there can be several listeners, and each listener can decide to receive event synchronously or asynchornously.
Add a new player/resampler/mixer in AudioStream, so that it is possible to play sounds to local speaker, in call or idle.

set default video renderer filter to X11 for linux (openGL video renderer stays black on many computers...)

in the purpose of allowing easy access of ptime for bitrate driver (adaptive rate control algorithm).

Encoders are no longer required to parse "ptime" parameter from fmtp, but instead they should implement these new methods.

MSRtpSend can make use of it so that sending of RTP packet is perfectly aligned with the tick time (but with a fixed delay of at most one tick duration)
