Fix VP8 decoding compatibility with streams that include partitions that do not start at the beginning of a packet.

clean code, optimize list iteration loops.

change ms_new calls to ms_new0, as a good practice to avoid facing unitialized values in the future.

This allows iOS tests to perform, as well as (soon) android.
