Listed all missing functions and implemented drawingBufferWidth(), drawingBufferHeight(), getActiveAttrib(), getActiveUniform() functions. Removed default Y-flip and implemented support for UNPACK_FLIP_Y_WEBGL, this breaks functionality but now behavior is consistent with the spec.
