Wrong order of QT_BEGIN_NAMESPACE fixed.
Remaining QObject pointers converted to QJSValues
to prevent failures on those.
Adds copyright headers to the Qt Creator templates.
Tests separated to different test files to getbetter test results.

Added templates for creating new QtCanvas3d projects with Qt Creator
wizard. QtCanvas3D template creates a basic project. QtCanvas3D Three.js
template includes three.js to the project.
