From Qt 5.11, QDoc requires clang from LLVM 3.9 or later.
This new dependency must be listed in the Qt documentation.
This update adds a note to the Getting Started with Qt page
that refers the user to the QDoc manual for further instructions.

As of version 10.12 (Sierra), the name of Apple's desktop operating
system will be macOS. Change all occurrences where the Mac platform
is discussed to use the macro \macos (defined in the documentation
configuration in qtbase).

Also, fix the usage instructions for related Q_OS_* macros.

Rename the Supported Platforms page to 'Community Supported
Platforms', link to the separately-maintained page for
platforms officially supported by The Qt Company, and update
the language on the page. Specifically,
    - Mention Qt Quick 2D Renderer as an alternative to
      running Qt Quick on OpenGL-enabled platform
    - Drop the mention of Qt Quick 1 (deprecated)
    - Replace 'Digia' with 'The Qt Company' where suitable

Update the documentation to cover the inclusion of LGPL version 3
licensing option.

Add information about the Apache 2.0 licensed code used for the
Native style for Android.

Add information about the Wayland protocol license for Qt

We need to be clear that QML/Qt Quick is not different from
Qt, it's different from Qt Widgets. This has been clarified.

Also, the QML tutorial was littered with QtQuick 1 code snippets
and references, so I've done my best to clean them all up.
