Using Class E addresses was an interesting idea, but foiled by
Microsoft Windows trying to be helpful. Empirical evidence shows that
the getaddrinfo() call on Windows filters addresses in the 240.0.0.0/4
and 0.0.0.0/8 ranges. I couldn't be certain, but it seemed to filter
the link-local IPv6 addresses too (fec0::/16).

At least the test networks aren't filtered. For now...

the switch to <module>_BUILD_PARTS turned += into = as a side effect.
compensate by explicitly including libs & tools.

this went unnoticed so far, because the only repo in which an autotest
would catch it (qttools) didn't even pay attention to the tools
exclusion so far.

The qt5 repository was fetched without remote url, which prevents
using releative submodule spec in .gitmodules with early 1.7.x git
versions.

When testscript.pm now enters a new job or phase, it will print to
log a timestamped entry. This will also be printed with duration
at the point of exit.
example of entry and exit:

Running testplanner.pl with jom fails with error: "testplan generation
failed". Since we want to use jom for building Qt libraries, changed
testplan generation to use make-check.bin which is always the actual
make i.e. nmake/mingw32-make on Windows.

Added variable boot_script for entering Groovy script that does
the machine reboot after build/test. The script is txt file that
resides on same location as the .ini file that includes it. Boot
script is used in template file with [% boot_script %].
This removes the need of copy/pasting the actual boot script to several
templates making it hard to maintain.

By using qt.tests.dir parameter one can define where the
build will run the tests. Default is the submodule root, as it is
now. Affects only qt5 builds.
