Well, a little. At least one person can now run Gallery.qml again.

Removes all menu related stuff, removes Window (uses the
Window in QtQuick.Window instead, despite reduced functionality now).

Updates to work with the quick module split, and the xmllistmodel
module split.

Updates version number to 0.2 as well.

We need this for SplitterRow and it has been released for a
while.

TextEdit append()
Button animateClick()
TextArea/TextEdit activeFocusOnClick

This fixes on lion but probably regresses somewhat in SL.
Will have to touch this up later..

Leaving the ButtonBlock until we have cleaned up any
dependencies on it.

There are some warnings triggered when running the benchmarks,
although they disappear/reappear somehow randomly depending on
the workaround.
