This makes sure all examples are in a separate directory for the
Qt source packages. It also is in line with how the other repositories
are structured.

Testing behavior when using qml and c++ based models. Autotests
based on manual test: tableviewmodels.

Make the tree currentItem available from TableView. Add also
object names for testing purpose.

Including the use of a plugin. The plugin can be used to load other
cpp code needed while testing.

The plugin testplugin will go under qml/QtDesktopTest.

The custom subdirectory doesnt make much sense for
desktop and adds an uneccessary abstraction layer.

This patch removes it and removes some of the properties
that are no longer required.

Well, a little. At least one person can now run Gallery.qml again.

Removes all menu related stuff, removes Window (uses the
Window in QtQuick.Window instead, despite reduced functionality now).

Updates to work with the quick module split, and the xmllistmodel
module split.

Updates version number to 0.2 as well.

We need this for SplitterRow and it has been released for a
while.
