Fix reselect on a word ending to a word joiner

This change fixes a bug in reselect feature where the reselect
did not work if the word ends to a word joiner (apostrophe, hyphen).

The change applies to HunspellInputMethod, LipiInputMethod and
T9WriteInputMethod.
