The tested QWebEnginePage::scrollToAnchor API can't be added to
QtWebEngine for now. Currently, Chromium Content API doesn't support to
control page scroll. The corresponding feature can be used by URL
fragment identifier (#anchor) or JavaScript API (location.href).
