fix(cli): REGISTRAR_DELETE doesn't work on auto-generated keys

/!\ flexisip_cli.py API change: REGISTRAR_DELETE now returns an empty record instead of "Error 404" when deleting the last contact of a Record, OR when attempting to delete a contact from a non-existent Record.
