Changing ubuntu job types for fast deploy to match ones in merge request. This avoid weird compiler bugs to show up when we need a fast deploy (but if there are some during nightly pipeline, they must be fixed anyway).
job-ubuntu-18.04-makefile-gccand job-ubuntu-rolling-ninja-gcc will be used instead of job-ubuntu-rolling-ninja-clang and job-ubuntu-18.04-ninja-clang
