Add 'use-rfc2543-record-route' conf param

Merged Anthony Gauchy requested to merge feature/use_rfc2543_record_route into release/2.2

Add an already deprecated parameter to allow Flexisip to use 'transport=tls' instead of 'sips' scheme. Can be useful while communicating with old, RFC2543 compliant only, servers.
