Fix exception on REGISTER wake-up push notif

Thibault Lemaire requested to merge fix/mantis-11320-service-background-push-missing-mDestinations into release/2.2

All exceptions thrown when attempting to send a REGISTER wake-up push notification are now caught. Expected ones are logged as debug (e.g. Desktop clients that cannot receive PNs), others are logged as errors
