- remove useless rc files
- clean memory leak in secure message test
- remove useless usage of fixed filepath for zrtp db

The LIME X3DH encryption engine will always prefer the lime server set in the account parameters over the one in the core
If LIME X3DH is enabled, the lime Linphone specification will always be set regardless if the lime configuration (server URL, database) is valid

Temporarely comment out "LIME X3DH session corrupted"

Moved limeServerUrl from Core (deprecated) to Account, IM encryption engine is now created in Core.start() instead of Core.init()
