Fix the default backend parameter in the tester rcfiles

Add SalStreamConfiguration class to represent the actual and potential configuration to be offered and/or accepted in the SDP

Remove action from the destructor which could lead to a double unref of the C call in some situations. Call unref and active session listener cleaning is now wrapped in cleanupSessionAndUnrefCObjectCall function, and is called when unreferencing calls instead of in the destructor

Fixed incoming ephemeral messages countdown starting when message is marked as read in group chat room

Fix an issue with ICE ufrag and passwd sent erroneously during reINVITE while ICE was disabled previously by offer/answer.

- On incoming, set audio devices from default
- Remove setOutputAudioDevice from tonemanager
- Reset sound cards when setting use_files
- Fix cast for UWP

Improve test coverage of audio routes
Keep same audio route as current call when creating conference if local participant is added at creation

-tester improvements

- Override main() to instantiate a Main Loop.
- Add Info.plist to liblinphonetester to get video permissions if needed
