Session Timers and session_id/session_ver fixes
requested to merge fix/complete_session_timers_support_and_fix_reinvite_sdp_session_id into release/4.4
- Cherry-pick the Session Timers commit that is required to also integrate the session_id/session_ver media_session fixes.
- Remove a wrongly added test
