Move media session's setOutputAudioDevice so that it's not done in ToneManager::doStopTone when resuming a paused call

Reworked ToneManager::doStopTone() so that it does not setOutputAudioDevice of the media session anymore, now do it properly in Call:setOutputAudioDevicePrivate
