Fix tonemanager on infinite rings and wrong ring type. Add test on multicall.

  • Synchronyze tonemanager with DTMF callback and on chaing state like Paused/Streaming running to continue ringing if needed.
  • ldap : Update debug option and return all searchs from all fields
