Fix/enums refactoring without macros

Don't use enum macros anymore, every enum is defined in C and C++ with << operator redefinition (toString from utils is using it). EndOfEnum isn't used anymore as It must be handled in every switch of the enum if declared. In linphone-sdk: pipeline status
