Fix Timeline notifications and display name

  • Add interfaces to get full sip address
  • Use Full Sip addresses when using getSipAddressObserver
  • Return -1 instead of null when searching an index in an array in Javascript
  • Fix conference display name

Bug detected : There is no display name in "Form:" field in the SIP header when receiving a chat message. This fix should take account of an update from the SDK if it is the issuer.
