fix key navigation contact detail

remove warnings

wait for configuring state to change before resetting restarting state (otherwise failure message is not displayed)

fix settingsmodel disable_chat_feature initialization

remove button from tabbar if feature disabled

hide chat in call if feature disabled

Add carddav sync in progress spinner for better ux (synchronization may take time)
