Integrate accounts and push notification changes from 5.0 sdk

Merged Quentin Arguillere requested to merge fix/push_and_accounts_integration into master
  • All proxy configs replaces by Linphone Accounts
  • Most push-notification related code deleted or updated now that the push registry is handled in the sdk
  • Use linphone-sdk functions for audio route management, rather than exclusive IOS ones
