For backward compatibility purpose, as CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE is set to RelWithDebInfo for years, this default value should be preserved for non multi config genrator (i.e make, ninja mono-config). For multi-config (i.e Xcode, Visual, Ninja multi-config), this setting is not relevant. Default config was never set, so for sames "backward compatibility reason" it should not be changed
