New QRCode implementation for bitmap creation.

Rework of reading QRCode to the new API (another fork of ZXing).
Use turbojpeg for converting raw data into a jpeg image.
Add a tool to make auto cast without knowing the type in advance (used for turbojpeg to adapt different version of prototype without the help of cmake).
