Use call State when streaming/Paused/PausedByRemote in tonemanager to avoid to loose state connection when playing tone.
Play error tone only if tone indications are enabled.

Fix tonemanager on infinite rings and wrong ring type. Add test on multicall. Synchronyze tonemanager with DTMF callback and on chaing state like Paused/Streaming running to continue ringing if needed.

Reduced expire date of Android artifacts from 1 week to 2 days. They took over 60Go a day, making disk space monitoring complicated. We should not rely on artifacts after several days. If we need outdated artifacts, we will need to relaunch the needed jobs.
