Update cmake-builder to disable by default unit tests bulding for flexisip

Fix bellesip parser on IPV4 inside IPV6. For example, this form wasn't taken account : x:x:x:x::ipv4
'::' is a compressed form for one or more groups of 0.

Add RFC4291 examples and add IPV4 to uri in tester.

Simplified may to get archive name for macos liblinphone tester. We do not try anymore to deduce it, we get the most recent archive name in the build directory instead (fixes case when we are on a tag or on a fixed version)

Fix : on incoming call, do not start the ring tone if the call's state has been modified by listeners. Add onStartRingtone to decide when to start ring
