Audio : avoid returning audio card if null is set. Fix getting capture card on setting input and not playback. Allow setting NULL device (case of no cards available). Fix tests to not take account of system audio cards (maybe need to be done directly on core creation) Fix UWP tester in case of xml wasn't needed.

Install docs only if requested (This is a workaround to having a path with too many characters on Windows where it is not needed to have docs).
Export 2 liblinphone_tester functions to allow UWP to use them for fixing dns resolver. Fix dns resolver on UWP tester that didn't point to the right IP.

Fixed sanitizer build and launch for Android and Linux, by forcing sanitizer flags in CMake cache, and by passing the -llog linker flags to the compiler (see related commit in cmake-builder)

Now add the android xml test report as an artifact to get downloaded and eventually pushed with a test report upload job

Added test report upload job for iOS. Now we can overwrite the name pattern of xml files in jobs (needed for tests reports for iOS, named TEST* instead of BCUnit*)

reduced sdk version and min  sdk version for android tester, by partially reverting 674167c7

enabled unit tests for the CHECKED RIGHT job to avoid link error at runtime, and commenting useless builds in ci files
