* Ensure that recording is stop before deleting mstream and do the job when destroying MS2AudioStream
* MStream can be deleted when calling getAvpfRrInterval on end call report

"%DEVENVDIR%" is set by VsDevCmd. If it exists, the script was already called and we don't need to call it. Calling more than once VsDevCmd lead to exceed PATH characters limits as it appends paths to it.
