Rework how participants are added to conference by an admin. The call to
ClientConference::addParticipant() will now add them to the list of
invited participant and they'll be added to to the conference official
participant list by the Conference Event Package or when transfering the
call to the focus if the core doesn't support RFC4575.

Add option unregister_at_stop in linphone account parameters to unregister or not an account when the core stops. The unregister is done if the parameter is true (default value).
