Set the max job limitation in common accross all Unix jobs (prevents Ninja from using all system threads and belle_sip_parser to take all memory)

When looking for a proxy config matching an address in IMDNs, return NULL rather than the default proxy if nothing is found. If there is no matching config, consider that we don’t have undelivered IMDN messages

Improve LinphonePlayer so that it can survive to start/stop of LinphoneCore and can be instanciated multiple times, for example to get duration, but still a single is playing at a time.

Set a random boundary instead of a static one. This fix a bug when Linphone try to upload a file that contains the same boundary in its body.
