Updated liblinphone to prevent crash if an Error is thrown during Core setup (instead of an Exception)

(backport) Do not call stream_channel_ios_background_mode on iOS >= 16, XCode14 do not seem to support it anymore and it causes a crash instantly

Scale openGL buffer to write with the full available screen resolution rather than just the UIView pixel frame. This should fixes iOS bad video quality problem.

Fix sip address table creation when database connection string containts utf8mb4 as charset, on mariadb 5.5 (mitigates Exception while creating or updating the database's schema : Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes while executing)
Added warning comments in case utf8mb4 varchar columns > 255 were to be indexed [skip ci]
