Improvements of liblinphone-tester dockerfile

Merged François Grisez requested to merge fix/liblinphone_tester_reworking into master
  • Switch default build type to RelWithDebInfo
  • Allow to give commit hash by branch argument
  • Add liblinphone_tester-entrypoint.sh and wait scripts (needed by flexisip-tester compose scripts)
